Return & Exchange Policy
Due to Rewild Art being based in the relatively remote village of Napier, artwork is shipped with different courier companies depending on the location. Therefore shipping is calculated and billed separately from the main art purchase.
Rewild Art manufactures it's own packaging to ensure the safe transport of artwork. Packaging is comprised of a corrugated cardboard box that is placed over a wooden frame with 4mm hardboard sides. Each sculpture is cable tied in place to ensure no movement during transportation.
Each artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The certificate specifies which number the artwork is within an edition. e.g. 02/15, number 2 of a limited edition of 15. This means that the artwork is the second one created and only 15 will be created by the artist in total. The certificate is signed and receives a wax seal with a handmade brass seal.
If the client receives an artwork that was damaged during shipping Rewild Art should be notified via e-mail immediately. A courier will then be arranged to ship the damaged artwork back to Rewild Art Studio, at no additional cost to the client.

Arrangements will then be made with the client to discuss if they would prefer a repair or a replacement of the art work. The process will be handled as swiftly as possible and the artwork reshipped to the client at no additional expense.
